• Save long term costs and installation costs with LIPLOCK® modular ducting: it's quick to fit and if your layout changes, it can be reused in any configuration required, with any extra parts 80-550mm dia available ex stock - these changes are not possible when sprial duct has been used or duct lengths have been welded to join
• Using modular LIPLOCK® ducting means changes can be easily done by the end users operators or staff. This process is then cheaper and less difficult compared to altering spiral duct which has to be cut and welded.
• Standard sizes available ex stock for galvanised system are 80-550mm dia. Transition Pieces, a variety of locking components and other accessories are all in stock! Call before 2.30pm and depending of size of order and your location, you can receive it in 1-2 days!
• A complete system from one manufacturer – no one else in NZ has such a wide range of components in stock or has had the same system available in NZ for over 30 years!

 Working with LIPLOCK® Modular Duct

Every component of the modular ducting is ‘ lipped’ for ease of connection to our Fume Arms, Filters, and other components in an installation. Depending  on your need to regularly inspect and duct run orientation you can choose from Standard Locks, Wide Locks or Lever Locks.

Larger diameters can be purchased as Special Order (4 months lead time)

LIPLOCK Galvanised range

• LIPLOCK modular ducting is a high quality 1mm galvanised duct system
• Manufactured from Swedish steel, galvanised at source, this modular ducting has a fine grain finish for unrivalled resistance to rusting, compared to cheaper spangled type galv. sheets
• 30+ plus years outside usage is common
• The LIPLOCK modular duct system has been available worldwide for over 70 years. At least 70% of factories in New Zealand will have some of this product already on site! Save money - no need to order new - just add extras required!

2mm Powder coated Heavy grade LIPLOCK system

• The components of our heavy 2mm pre-painted steel is surface treated in JKF’s own state of the art automatic powder coating plant.
• The 2mm range offers a uniform high quality finish for an impact/scratch resistant surface.
• Use 2mm Heavy when abrasive particles are being carried for example cement powder, or wood chips in a saw milling operation.
• Incorprorate sections of  2mm Heavy with your standard Galvanised sytem: for example where a bend is wearing faster than the straight runs due to the abrasive material transported.

Stainless Steel AISI304 LIPLOCK system

• The stainless steel LIPLOCK® system is manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel with unique stainless pressed bends in sizes 100-400mm off the shelf.
• The stainless range is LASER WELDED, removing the ‘particle traps’ possible in folded stainless ducting.
• Variety of connectors available to suit any installation with our other stainless products.
