With a strong customer service background, Alex manages the day to day running of tele-sales, the warehouse stock, daily dispatch and works closely with the installation team to ensure everything runs smoothly on site with product sent on time. Alex believes the customer comes first and his tireless helpfulness ensures we are proud of our very loyal customer base.
